2.3 Mobile Application Coatover may collect information about the location of user mobile device for any purpose such as, to deliver relevant content to user based on user location etc.

(m) to respond to legal processes or to comply with or as required by any applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements of any relevant jurisdiction, including, without limitation, meeting the requirements to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding on Coatover or on its related corporations or affiliates;

(n) to produce statistics and research for internal and statutory reporting and/or record-keeping requirements;

(o) to carry out due diligence or other screening activities (including, without limitation, background checks) in accordance with legal or regulatory obligations or our risk management procedures that may be required by law or that may have been put in place by us;

(p) to audit our Services or Coatover’s business;

(q) to prevent or investigate any fraud, unlawful activity, omission or misconduct, whether relating to user use of Coatover Services or any other matter arising from user relationship with Coatover, and whether there is any suspicion of the aforementioned;

(r) to store, host, back up (whether for disaster recovery or otherwise) of user personal data, whether within or outside of user jurisdiction;

(s) any other purposes which we notify you of at the time of obtaining your consent.(collectively, the "Purposes").

8.2 As the purposes for which we will/may collect, use, disclose or process user personal data depend on the circumstances at hand, such purpose may not appear above. However, Coatover will notify user of such other purpose at the time of obtaining user consent, unless processing of the applicable data without user consent is permitted by the Privacy Laws.

10.1 Coatover do not guarantee the security of personal data and/or other information that user provide on third party websites. Coatover do implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of user personal data that is in our possession or under Coatover control. User personal data is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the personal data confidential. When user place orders or access user personal data, we offer the use of a secure server. All personal data or sensitive information user supply is encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.

10.2 In an attempt to provide users with increased value, Coatover may choose various third party websites to link to, and frame within, the site. Coatover may also participate in co-branding and other relationships to offer other services and features to Coatover visitors. Nonetheless, Coatover seek to protect the integrity of Coatover Website and the links placed upon each of them and therefore welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including, without limitation, if a specific link does not work).

11. Amendment

Coatover reserves the right to amend, modify, change, add or terminate the Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion without any claim from user.

12. Children

We do not knowingly collect or use any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. When users are identified as under 13, we will block such users from providing Personal Information or make sure to get prior parental consent before collecting Personal Information. To the extent we feel that any of our Games/Apps are directed to children under the age of 13, we will not collect Personal Information from users of those Games/Apps. If you are a parent of a child under 13 years of age, and you believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at [email protected], and we will delete the information from our system. We may collect Non-Personal Information, such as a device ID or other persistent identifier linked to the device or computer, which may be used by a child to play our Games/Apps. Certain of our Games/Apps may permit in-game purchases, even if the applicable game was free to download. If you are a parent who is concerned about this feature, you may disable the ability to make in-game purchases by selecting the Settings tab for the applicable App, and following the necessary prompts to prohibit such purchases.
